How to send applications to Director General of National Security?

Thanks for the great and very important tip to all Cameroon travelers.

As I understand it, it is imperative for tourist to now obtain their Cameroonian visa before making the trip to Cameroon or at least have their Cameroon contact person confirm the visa has been issued.

The easiest way to obtaining the visa is to contact the closest Cameroon embassy and fill out a visa request.

Alternately, you could contact your person in Cameroon and have them write an invitation letter and attach your passport information and send this to the Director General of National Security in Yaounde, Cameroon.

After the visa is issued, you can then board your Cameroon flight and pickup the visa upon arrival in Douala international Airport or Yaounde Nsimalen.

Keep in mind that this whole process could take over four weeks.
