Yes human development is fundamental.

We develop humans to further develop other things...


Science or technology does not develop humans neither does improvement in transport or communication does. Human development enhances all these things


Really on napoleon, he has one of the best victories in history because of his policy of career opened to talents.


In 1790 he rose rapidly through the ranks of the french army and was general, broke from the tradition of appointing officers from the nobility and opened the field to anyone with the talents...


These produced a more effective fighting army and he nearly subdued the entire world.

This country, THE REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON, really has to break from the believe or myth that certain tribe or groups of people are not capable and suitable in some strategic offices and President Paul Biya needs to champion that message in words and deeds to all Cameroonians.

Yes I agree with your opinion on room for debate and opened challenges.


Lets leaders of today learn from Napoleon. His idea of opportunity opened to talent almost led him conquered the world. He gave those who had the talent the opportunity and the result as history tells us were great.


Any leader must first of all accept that he does not have all the qualities the group needs for it advancement...




For a general interest to give room for open challenges and debates so that he can get all the talent and wisdom hidden in his followers...
