How can I verify the Cameroon Registered company details as I am looking for a supplier of OCC Paper Waste.

ETA VENTURES HOLDING is the company who is in my contact and on my request to visit them personally, the company has asked to help me out for issuance of Diplomatic Invitation Letter for which they​have asked me to pay USD 800/- as processing fee for same.

Please confirm me the genuinity of same.
