The Organization I work is planning on doing business in Cameroon.
Is there a Point of Contact at the Chamber of Commerce where I can post request for proposals or get a list of vendors in Yaounde and Douala?

Even if you got in contact with the ministry or the Cameroon Chamber of Commerce , you will not obtain the said list.
Post your request on this website and do your due diligence on every prospective partner to be sure they are legit.
